Trappers Pond Park

Beautiful Park with Mountain Bike Skills Park

Trappers Pond Park is located on Fox Trail & Circle Dr on the west side of Buffalo behind Northwinds Elementary School. This park features the first mountain bike trail within the City of Buffalo's parks.  Trappers Pond Bike Skills Park was constructed mainly by Buffalo Trail Builders club with help from the City of Buffalo Parks and Recreation Staff. If you love riding mountain bike trails, then you must ride this trail. Please make sure to read the bike skills rules before riding the trail. A new bike "Fix-It" station with air pump has also been installed in the park.

The traditional part of Trappers Pond Park offers a play area that includes a play structure, swing set, spring riders and 1/2 court basketball court.  They are plenty of shaded areas to relax in while watching the kids play or maybe the family prefers a short walk on the paved walking trail that leads out to Varner Way.
