History

The Buffalo Fire Department has been in service for over one hundred years.  The Buffalo Fire Department is a volunteer department that covers 58 square miles in Wright County. We have 35 members that are FF2 certified and are First Responder’s or EMTs.

The fire department has two stations in the City of Buffalo.   Station One is located down town and Centennial Station is located in the industrial park on the east side of the city.
