The new Water Fill Station was purchased using part of the City of Buffalo's ARPA Funds (American Rescue Plan Act). The funds were also used to upgrade Lift Station 14 power and communication lines.
The Utility Departments worked conjointly on this installation and upgrade. The Electric Department installed 2 new upgraded service lines and Buffalo Fiber installed new fiber lines as well. Both services are crucial for monitoring our water and wastewater reclamation systems.
Bulk water can be purchased at the Water Fill Station year-round 24/7 for companies with projects in our area.
