Public Notice: Buffalo Lake Access Reopened
The City of Buffalo is pleased to announce that all public access to the Buffalo Lake at Sturges Park, has been fully reopened following approval from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA).
City utility staff have removed all temporary signage, and the affected areas are once again open for public use.
Initial water quality samples indicated very low contaminant levels, and based on these results, no further testing is required.
We appreciate the public’s understanding and cooperation during this temporary closure.
