Outdoor Rinks Open !
Outdoor Skating & Hockey Rinks will be OPENING today at 3:00 p.m. Colder temperatures are on the way and our parks crew has been busy getting the rinks back in skating shape. Lights will be on and warming houses will be open. Buffalo Parks and Rec. Department wants to thank everyone for their patience while the outdoor rinks were closed.
