Position Description
The Buffalo Police Department is accepting applications to build a list of citizens interested in becoming a Police Reserve. The Police Reserve is a uniformed, non-sworn, unpaid, volunteer in the Police Department. The ideal reserve candidate is dedicated to their community and its safety, assists with local events, special assignments, emergencies, and natural disasters. Reserves are individuals who are invested in their community, have an interest in law enforcement, or are pursuing a law enforcement career.
