- Contestants will be photographed and judged on creativity, originality, and owner/pet coordination
- Prizes awarded for:
– Best Dog Costume
– Best Dog/Owner Costume Duo - Winners announced at 12:00 PM
– (Not present? Don’t worry—we’ll call you to arrange prize pickup!)
