Attention Buffalo Fiber Customer
We are informing you of a scheduled OUTAGE of your Buffalo Fiber service from Monday July 17th at 11pm to Tuesday July 18th at 5am for fiber customers located in this area (PDF). This is our maintenance window as we are moving our fiber lines to prepare for the HWY 25 road construction. We apologize for the inconvenience.
When our maintenance is complete and the Internet service is restored, please power cycle both your modem and router by unplugging the power source from BOTH devices for 1 minute and then plug them back in. This should restore your service.
